Welcome to House of Artia. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Production

• Every product in our shop is custom-printed or custom-embroidered upon order.

• Standard production takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. During peak seasonal periods (e.g., Back to School, Holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

3. Product Representation & Sizing

• Colors: We make every effort to display garment colors and thread shades accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor/screen settings and garment dye lots.

• Sizing: Size charts are provided in every listing's photos. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements prior to checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing, weather events, postal disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes levied by their home country.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: Order cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, orders automatically enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.

• Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing selection errors.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a free replacement or full refund immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, product photography, graphic layouts, and original branding associated with House of Artia are protected by copyright law and remain our sole intellectual property. Reproduction without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of or purchases from our shop following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
